Precision Ocala Deck & Fence is a local contracting company that designs, builds, installs, and repairs decks, fences, pergolas, and related outdoor structures for residential clients in Ocala, FL and surrounding areas. The Site provides information about our services and allows visitors to submit estimate requests and contact inquiries.
Submitting an estimate request through the Site does not constitute a contract for services. A binding agreement for any project requires a separate written contract signed by both parties.
Estimates provided by Precision Ocala Deck & Fence - whether by phone, email, or in person - are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. They are not a final quote or a guaranteed price. A written project proposal will be provided before work begins and must be agreed upon by both parties.
Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered, or if material costs change substantially between the time of the estimate and the start of the project. Any changes to the agreed project price will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are scheduled based on current workload, permit timelines, and weather conditions. We make reasonable efforts to begin and complete projects on schedule, but cannot guarantee specific dates due to factors outside our control, including permitting delays, weather, and material availability.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms specific to your project will be outlined in your written contract. Deposits paid for materials that have already been ordered may be non-refundable.
Payment terms are established in the written contract for each project. In general, a deposit is required to secure a project start date, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins and documented in the project contract.
We accept payment by check, cash, and other methods as agreed in writing. We do not charge credit card surcharges unless explicitly stated. Final payment is due upon completion of the project and before final paperwork is delivered to the client.
For projects that require a building permit under Marion County or applicable local codes, Precision Ocala Deck & Fence will obtain the required permit on behalf of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and will be itemized in the project proposal.
All work performed by Precision Ocala Deck & Fence will be completed in accordance with applicable Florida building codes and local ordinances. If a client requests work that cannot be completed to code, we reserve the right to decline that portion of the project.
Precision Ocala Deck & Fence warrants that all work performed will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. If a defect in workmanship is identified after project completion, we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge, provided the client notifies us in writing within a reasonable time.
This warranty applies to workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by the client, third parties, weather events, normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance. Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Ocala Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services or the use of this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
The Site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site.
All content on this Site, including text, photographs, logos, and layout, is the property of Precision Ocala Deck & Fence or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ocala, FL, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to a different resolution process in writing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Marion County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
